After a sudden unexpected blizzard leaving a blanket of thin fresh white snow atop the skiing resort in Park City, Utah. At the center of the scene is a local resident wearing shorts, walking his dog, despite the abnormally cold weather.

Alley behind the Sunkist building is banked by trees on the right side and old architectural structures on the left, providing the contrasting nature versus man-made structure. It was acquired by a patron of Orange resident during the exhibition at Hilbert Art Museum.

Oil on canvas 24x30. Juried selection in the 34th Annual Made-in-California Exhibition by the City of Brea. A couple sitting on the deck in Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine. The oversized and colorful lobster - which was not part of the original scene - was added as an homage to the local community and to add a fanciful daydream-like feel to the otherwise mundane scene.

The bring red hues given off by the buildings stand tall amidst the vanilla sky and tall palm trees and electrical poles, which is classic for that of a typical old towne Orange back alley.

A neon sign, signal lights and light blue night sky come on toward the night. Vacated street with spotty cars and a lonely pedestrian are still clearly visible due to well-lit street in Spokane, Washington.

Oil on canvas, 25.5x34. Juried selection in the Laguna Art-A-Fair 2019. A couple stop and try to figure out which way to go at a corner of Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. It rained earlier so that vehicle headlights reflect downward and neon signs appear to shoot flares into the night sky.

This was painted along with Debra Huse who demonstrated plein air painting for LPAPA members. The ship owner has the shipyard rehabilitate this historical wooden boat every other year.
